low oil

Boy talk about low oil. It took 2.75 qts to fill the transaxle, only hold a little over 3 qts. I know there is a leak somewhere which is why the UV dye is in it now. Just got to use it enough for the leak show up.

How in the world did it move?
 
Found the leak on the K58H. Just got to pull a wheel for easier access. And no it is not an axle seal. At least I don't have to pull the transaxle. Just got to order the parts Tuesday if Gardner allows me; otherwise its Order Tree site. Meanwhile I got to get another drain pan so I can save the new oil.
 
good job. Saving the new oil saves money, but it also flushes out any contaminents. Look it over carefully before reusing.
