Looking for Part #: 40-1940. Can someone confirm that these are 3/16 washers? No way I'm paying $20 for two washers. Thank you!

Why not go to an authorized Toro repair shop and pay $1.50 each? Support your locals.

The problem Rivets is if the locals don' have it in stock the OP is screwed. Although this washer appears to be just a spacer to keep the wheel from rubbing on item #4.

But even my distributor is not sure if they have them or not.

Don’t understand why a dealer would not have that part. Might be a problem for some, but a good Toro dealer can use a little imagination to solve that problem. Don’t know why they wouldn’t have it, but as I’ve said before, the boneyard is your friend. I’ve got no problem using a used part, as I always inform the customer when doing so. Just called the dealer I retired from and they have 4 in stock.

None of these images gives the actual dimensions which is what is needed to find an after market replacement.
