ECHO ES 210 starts ok , after 30 to 60 seconds it will die. If I point tube up in air unit will run, when tube is pointed back down unit dies. Fuel line issue ? Fix for it ?

Have you checked the obvious things like the fuel filter, air filter and the spark arrestor screen?

There's a tool for that? I always use forceps and a lot of bad words.

Yes it is a stiff wire with a small hook on the end.
You put the line in over the hook. Go into the tank from the fill hole and up threw the little *** line holes. Makes it so easy

This is the ryobi kit I have used it on other brands
