lAWNBOY MODEL10641 REAR DRIVE WHEELS

COVID forced my ESP to only work on days which do not end in Y. Please explain what is wrong with the drive and what parts are no longer available. Can’t help when we are not standing next to you to see the problem. This is the Toro/LawnBoy drive service manual. https://www.lawnboy.com/getpub/22446

Pinion drive gears should be readily available from any good Toro dealer. Part number 115-4668. I would also check the bearing hoc, as they may be worn, causing the gears not meshing properly.

I looked online and several places show a superceded number. Those are available - $50 to $80 each. By the time special washers, bearings, pinions etc are also purchased, I'll bet the bill will be close to $200. If you love it, then it will be worthwhile. If it is worn out and beat up otherwise might be time to consider a new mower. Realizing it took me less than 5 minutes to find that the part was superceded, you might want to chase a new mower instead of chasing parts. Just saying. You aren't going to find a pair of $25 wheels for it.

ALSO - there are four 10641 variants listed. Make sure you have the correct one if you order parts.

When I looked up 10641 there are only two models with different serial numbers. Parts are available, but will need the serial numbers so we can determine correct part number. Toro doesn’t show any superseded number for the part I post, but you never know.

Worn out gear cogs on the mower won't help much with new wheels if you can find them. Will eat the new wheel gears away in short order. Need to replace both parts. Good luck in your search.
