So mower has been running fine since the coil was replaced. Cutting grass and stopped for 5 minutes. Went to restart and no go. Pulled plug and it was dry and good color. Changed plug with a used one and it started on the first pull. Wondering if the bail control cable needs adjustment as I don't see any other reason for it not to start just because I changed the plug. ( I did release the bail while changing the plug ) There is some slack in the cable before it starts to engage. Anyone have the proper procedure to adjust the cable or any other ideas. Looks like found it on my own....see attached link....section 9 cable adjustment. The bail handle cable is apparently not adjustable. Still interested in any assistance re mower restarts just with a plug change.
