Lawn boy F 140, need parts for my 8237's

I have a couple 8237's that are aging. I need to either buy a short block or get some parts and rebuild them. Im thinking piston, rings, seals and bearings. Is there any source for these parts anymore? Both engines have about 80 psi compression so are pretty tired. I don't want to give up on these! Please help me find parts. Thanks

Google search parts diagram pdf for your 8237. You will need the serial number to get the correct part numbers. Once you have the part number you can Google search for example Lawn Boy 611396 seals. These are the top and bottom crankshaft seals. I have had no problems finding all the parts I needed to rebuild my 1979, 8237 ser# 9424117. I hope this helps.
