Hi all, need help with our YTH24V48.
After checking the oil, I forgot to lock the dipstick down needless to say after taking it down to the garden. Slight down grade, several hours later when heading back to the barn it wouldn’t go up the slight grade. The rpm didn’t drop it just was like I wasn’t on the go pedal. So I had to turn around and take a more level way to get back to the barn.if I let it sit for several seconds it would start off fine for maybe ten feet or so and then same scenario. I figured oil had gotten on the drive belt but it was perfectly dry. I did find the belt was off of one of the idler pulleys. So after blowing all the debris out put it back together and same thing, drove it was ok thought I fixed but no,same thing.
i was wondering if some oil got into the wire connectors? Thanks in advance for your help! Alan
