I bought a new PTO Arm (GX21041) for my LA110 which is different than the old arm that broke.
I can not figure out how to install the new arm.
What schematics I've seen the bracket above the arm is different. There is some type of electrical plug on the bracket above where the PTO Arm goes and stops the arm from going on properly.

So, the new arm has an offset?
You can't turn it over?
The square part hits the connector?

Why is it not the right part?

Picture of old part and new to compare...

The lever is only a zinc casting so qill respond very well to some reshaping with a file.
AFAIK there has not been a change in the PTO switch ( electrical plug ) but some need to be removed in order to fit the PTO lever.
Have you owned the mower since new ?
A lot of 1/2 brained red neck idiots do all sorts of things in there because in their tiny minds bypassing the cut out proves their "superiour intellence "
