Yes, I put one on and it helped a bunch, something that Kubota should of done some these places are so rough any mower may beat you to death I usually brushhog most of them the first time.

Kubota has a suspension seat as a option I think is $300 or so

I have a kubota Z725. It's been in the shop twice since about may. First a hydraulic pump failure issue that took a couple weeks for them to fix and now a carburetor issue that has taken another week and the dealer still has yet to get the part from kubota. So when the machine is running it's great. But if there's an issue plan on being without a mower for a week or two while kubota take their sweet time shipping the part out.

My next purchase will not be a kubota for this reason.

O ya there's only about 45 hrs on my z725 too

Man that sucks. There can be issues with any new mower. Every factory has a few lemons get past them. I hope they get your mower squared away soon and you don't have anymore issues.

Thanks. Ya I know everything can have a few issues. That's y there's a warranty. but I'd expect repairs to be done in a timely fashion not necessarily overnight but maybe a few days if a part needs ordered specially if still under warranty. Why does it take a week just for the dealer to receive the part to fix it? I dont understand how they have such bad customer service. So far 2/2 times within a 6 month period

I used to do warranty work and the good manufacturers would stand by there products and if anything went wrong they would overnight or at least a 2 day shipping of parts to us so we could get the machine working as fast as possible to keep the customer happy and keep them as a customer. My impression of kubota so far is they would rather save a few bucks in shipping than keep me as a customer.

Sorry for the rant, I'm trying to give kubota the benefit of the doubt here cause I've heard good things that's y I purchased one. but what I have heard vs what I've experienced isn't the same.

Has anyone else had issues with getting something fixed on kubota equipment?

Lol, I can understand your frustration, but you have to remember that these particular mowers are a new series, so they haven't had time to stock parts at the dealerships for them. I would be just as upset as you are if it were happening to me though.
