Well,,,,,,,,,. Crap!
Trouble starting. Won't stay running. Have to use choke to start every time. Finally warmed up enough to stay running without choke, and, did what it has been doing all along.
Except, it does it right out of the gate.
So. Is this the working theory? The swollen restricted flow fuel lines allowed the, "not so good" fuel pump to let it start and run for a while. At least long enough to get warmer. Now, with the new less restrictive fuel lines the fuel pump cannot keep up?
I did what slomo suggested and pulled the fuel line from the carb this morning and there was just a little fuel in it. Not really enough to say the section of line was full.
What does that tell me?
I placed an order for a replacement fuel pump, and vacuum line.
What next?

BTW it did the slow start, warm up thing yesterday when I first tried after the new lines and filter. I just assumed it was the fuel lines and filter being empty and filling up. Guess not.
