KT725-3051 starting issues

I have a KT725-3051 running a Gravely zero turn 42 inch mower. The link shows what it is doing when I try to start it. I put a new starter on it before I shot this video.

It sounds like the starter spindle is not connecting to the engine, but Im not sure.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like the starter solenoid is what is making the noise. Can you have someone else turn the key and you put your hand on the starter and feel if it's doing anything?

It vibrates when i turn the ignition. Could it not be popping up and engaging hte engine?

Yes I think that is very possible. The blower housing will need to come off to know for sure but the nice thing is the housing holes are slotted so those screws wouldn't have to be completely removed.
