Export threadI had a problem like this but on a 4 wheeler. Had ALL the things it needed to start but wouldn't. My dad tells me that it has something to do with the engine itself, iirc it had something to do with compression or the cylinder/piston is scored and the oil helps make a better seal. What he did was spray some WD40 into the intake and then tried to start the motor while choking it at the intake with his hand, it fired up.

Pull the blower housing off and check the flywheel key.
