Kohler 7000 Series will not stay running

I have a Cub Cadet XT1 with a Kohler 22HP 7000 Series KT725 725cc motor. It would run for about 5 min, then die, whether the bade was engaged or not. When I would start it again, it would run for about one second then die. If I let it sit for a few minutes, it would run for another 5 min then die again. On the display it says Cln Air Flr, so I replaced the air filter, and still the same thing would happen. I then replaced the fuel pump, thinking that the screen could be causing the issue, and now when I start it, it will run for about 5 seconds then die, and that keeps happening. What could be the issue, or how can I fix the issue?

Try running it for 5 minutes with the fuel cap off. If it keeps running for longer than 5 minutes, you know your fuel cap is bad/clogged causing a negative vacuum in the fuel tank, preventing fuel from flowing.
