Engine Kohler 7000 Pro Twin engine on ZT HD 44

Currently looking at a Gravely ZT HD 44 Zero Turn. Just learned from Gravely the 2015 model is only offered with a Kohler engine.
"Kohler 7000 Pro Twin w/Smart choke 24HP/725CC"

Re-evaluating buying this mower.

Any comments good or bad on this engine would be appreciated.

Kohler make a very good engine.

The "smart choke" option is still brand new and unproven at this point, but the 7000 series engine is a Monster! Very flat HP and TQ curves, with half of the governor droop of any given competitor. :licking:
