Export threadYes that's the number. Is this a gravity feed setup because I don't see a fuel pump?
That is what I was thinking but I could not think of any other reason for the fuel to not flow after replacing the filter and checking to see that the solenoid worked when charged.

Is their a blockage in the fuel line?
Does not seem to be. I get gas through the filter if I let it gravity feed. Thanks
If the fuel flow is good to carb, fuel solenoid is working then carb may need to be cleaned. I would spray some starting fluid into the carb and then try to start. If it does start or acts like it wants to start then I would clean the carb.
