I am looking for help in finding parts info on a KG1600A Kawasaki generator with a Mikuni. I can't find a # on the carb. I used to swap out Amals on my Bultacos for a diaphragm mikuni.

You can do the same on the generator because it is governed .
However in Amal parlance . the replacement carb has to have an equivalent needle jet so it accelerates quickly under load or you end up burning out whatever is connected

Check for an engine model number. Order parts based on the model number. Also, you can remove the Mikuni carburetor and there should be a number on it somewhere.
