Kawasaki FX730 runs rough at low idle. More choke smooths it out. Gas consumption is up. Any thoughts?

Make sure your air filter is clean or not stopped up with dirt, there may be an adjustment screw on that carb , most don't these days. Guessing you have clean gas , that E85 stuff can make it run rough .
Might take the carb off and clean it up real good

Pilot jet possibly blocked in carburetor. How many hours on it? Have valves ever been adjusted?

Look at the top of the carb where the Idle circuit welch plus are to see if one has come out. A common problem with these carbs.

Runs rough at idle , will it smooth out at hi speed ? If yes look for a vacuum leak .
