I have a Toro SS 5000 zero turn mower with a Kawasaki 23hp FR-691V engine. The oil filter it calls for is 49065-7007, but I already have a 49065-7010. The specs on the 7007 is 3" OD, 2 1/4 HT, 3/4"x 16 thread, 28 micron, 7-9 pressure relief. The 7010 specs are 2 11/16" OD, 3" ht, 3/4" x 16 thread, 25 micron, 9-12 pressure relief. Can I use the 7010 that I have, I hate to buy another filter if the one I have is usable. Thanks

Personally I wouldn't worry about it,the differences are not overly critical, just be sure to ALWAYS check your oil level for proper type and amount, DON'T overfill !! or over-tighten it ..
The micron rating is average on a paper filter so 25 would be +/- 5 to 10 micron.
A difference of 3 micron would be nothing more than a change of manufacturer or a manufacturers change of paper supplier.
If it is a solid filter ( punched plate or sintered metal or ground whalebone ) then the sizing is much more specific.
So use your old one guilt free.

OK, I'll just add this, if you are under warranty & for some weird reason you have an engine issue. The Dealer better see the correct filter on yer engine.
