Kawasaki ( FERRIS ultra belt 48) Spews oil out of the top portion of engine

Changed the oil on my Ferris ultrabelt commercial 48 and on start up it begins to spew oil out of the top somewhere underneath the plastic cover above the oil filter

Well pull the plastic cover off and have a look.
Three sources of oil
1) blown top seal
2) broken breather tube
3) broken impulse tube
