Hi guys, I'm new to this forum. I am winterizing my Hustler Fastrak. I ran it out of gas and took the battery out and brought it inside. I know there is still some gas in the bowl but I wasn't sure how to get it off. It has a Kawasaki FR651V engine. Under the bowl is a metal cap with 2 wires running into it. I have never
seen this before and wasn't sure how to remove it to get the bowl loose. I didn't want to break something. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Jerry

That is the fuel solenoid.
pull the plug with the wires off and undo the solenoid with a thin or ground down 1/2 open ender
The solenoid is the bowl bolt

Justifing a pencil di*k's job.
A totally useless EPA regulation that does nothing but add cost and complexity to the mower.
They dress it up in some fancy name to pretend it does something useful.
It rams a plug up the coit of the main jet to stop unburned fuel escaping while the engine is rotating after the ignition is turned off.
