KAW FH500V-BS11 loses power after 15 minutes

Engine clean.
Have tried removing fuel cap, no help.
Besides cleaning the carb bowl which was very clear, have not cleaned the complete carb.

Ignition coil might be weak. Take an old spark plug. Gap it to 6mm or 0.25". Crank the engine over and watch for spark. Should be a nice blue to purplish color. This will load test the coil. Simple 0.030" out of the engine is not much of a load.

One coil was shorting out when it got hot. Replaced both.

Ignition module breaking down when it starts loosing power pull the plug wires off one at a time and see which one it cuts off on and the other one is the bad Ignition module. U have to diagnose the problem. Diagnostics is 95% of the game.
