When I pull the trigger on washer gun, sometimes it builds pressure immediatly and other times it hesitates for varying lengths of time. This is trying my patience, could anyone suggest what the problem might be. Thank you.

Not familiar with your particular pressure washer but most use an axial pump with some type pressure relief valve system.
Is yours an electric or gas powered ? Is it direct drive? KennyV

Sounds like a sticky unloader valve. or sticky outlet check valve

I have not heard of the washer either. We don't have any problems with our pressure washer. Sounds like it might be something in the trigger. Is there by chance something caught up in there?

This might sound like a stupid answer, but are you sure you are getting a strong water flow to the washer? I've owned a LOT of these gadgets, Homelite, Coleman, Sears, Campbell, Karcher, etc. and if the water flow isn't regular, or the filter that some have inside the water inlet is clogged or restricted, they will act like you describe. I know exactly what you mean about the "patience" thing.
