There's a tag on your mower with model and serial number. Please provide those so we can check documentation to assist you.
 
If someone has a copy of Tm-1290 might have some images. Either that there is a low price used paper manual on eBay. None of my usual manual sources has a PDF and since I have never had one of these in my shop there is no for me to spend $120 for one.
