I have a Z445 John Deere with the Kawasaki engine, the motor runs with a miss and seems to clear up when i pull the plug wire on the rear cylinder, as soon as i put back on it starts to miss again. I know a real head scratcher to me.Any help would be great

Symptoms point to a failed diode in the kill wire loom
Replace both of them for $ 10 or the loom for $ 30
