John Deere Z345M Zero Turn

I was mowing with my Z345M zero turn and the left wheel locked up. The left wheel will not turn even when I release the transmission lever. Has anyone had this problem?
 
Haven't experienced it with the EZT transmisisons, but have seen it on mowers with separate drive and pump motors. But it also looks like th mower uses external brakes. So it maybe worth a look underneath to make sure one of the brakes hasn't engaged. Looks like from the parts diagram that is may be a half moon shaped piece with teeth that engages with a gear on the side of the tranny.
 
Kinda sounds like one of the pull off springs dislodged. Those ends of the Cog brake shoes do break off from impacts.

Star Tech: That must be the problem! The return spring on the parking brake is missing. I just need to find the part number and order it. Thanks!
