I have a L145 that stalls out after 15 minutes of use and seems to only want to stall when I'm going up a hill. I have replaced fuel filter and fuel pump along with spark plugs. I've checked and the fuel pump is working to get fuel to the carb. Any ideas?

Sounds like a bit of water in your fuel system, disassemble and clean/dry it out.
