tom3 Lawn Addict Oct 8, 2020 #2 Depends on what engine and how old. Some of them are standard mag and coil with flywheel magnet trigger. Cut the ground, turn the motor over and it runs. Some have the voodoo optical triggers and all kinds of high tech useless garbage.
