John Deere D130, 22hp BS 22 hp choke lever loose

I put a new carburetor on my d130 mower. The arm that hooks to the choke lever just flops around. I can get the carburetor hooked up but the choke does not move.

There should be a cable clamp that secures the cable so the internal rod can react with the choke plate
