My 757 stops running after 45 minutes of mowing, when it starts to die, I can turn off the PTO and it will continue to run?

I just fixed a similiar problem on my step dads 757. The pushrod on the right side cylinder came off the rocker arm. Runs good now. Take the cover off the cylinder head and check them. JohnDeere also recommends blowing off all the cut grass from the mower after use. The grass gets stuck in the cooling fins and causes damage.

Starved for fuel possibly? Fuel tank vent? Fuel filter? Cracked fuel line?
