John Deere 320 Lawn Tractor Starter Relay

My 320 will not put any voltage to the small igniter wire going to the starter solenoid when the ignition is turned to the start position. Battery is at 13.1V. The safety switches are good. I can spin the starter motor by jumping the two large legs on the solenoid. I am reading in the manual that there is a starter relay. If so, would this be on the firewall?
