Can anyone help with an answer to the title subject? It is not the air filter. need explanation on how to adjust air fuel mix. thx

It is not an adjustment.
It is not enough fuel for the volume of air.
You need to clean the carb fuel passages, replace the fuel filter and check for air leaks between the carb & engine.
