Hi, I am putting a new engine in a Z225. Does anyone out there have a torque spec for the bolt that holds the PTO pulley assembly onto the engine shaft? Thanks for the help. Frank

Bolt torque is by bolt size, grade, and thread. You will find some very good charts on the net. As for myself I printed off one of these charts and keep it by my tool box. If you don't have this information I will look it up for you if you would like.

Install electric PTO clutch and secure with lock washer and cap screw. Tighten cap screw to 75 N.m (55 lb-ft).
Thanks EngineMan. Much appreciated. Also, good point on the reply about checking an engineering handbook. I was estimating about 50 lb-ft, so the numbers seem aligned.
