Hey guys need a little help
I have a 2023 JD X580 with 48” deck and the Power Flow system for picking up grass/leaves. It had a built in mulcher that I was not happy with and to me it did work good but it made the discharge opening smaller so when I used the power flow system it did not pick up all, so the dealer took it off and put JD high lift blades. , I cut grass at 2 ½” now and later in the year go to 3”
My problem is it only picks up the grass and not small twigs or pine cones. (Had to buy a cyclone rake)
Does anyone know of supper good high lift blades????
Before this I had a 1995 Agco Allis 918H with 48” mower and a vacuum that ran off the power take off and when I cut the grass it cleaned everything. I miss that tractor I had thousands of hours on it, I rebuilt the engine at about 1500 hours and probably had another 1500 hours or more. It just wore out needed a lot of parts and work, what a mistake should have fixed it
