Mower motor turns over but will not crank. Have replaced carb, fuel pump, spark plug and fuel filter. Seems to not be getting gas to carburator. Fuel line is clear and I can't see fuel in line

Because we only have your words to go on, correct terms are needed.
Crank is to revolve well to be more accurate to cause to revolve
Fire is when the plug sparks and the engine goes bang
Run is when it goes bang bang bang.

SO I gather your engine revolves but does not fire at all .

try putting some fuel in the spark plug hole and see if it will fire.

After that do the same but this time down the plug hole.

Both of these are dependent upon you actually having a spark.

Let us know what happens.

The lawn mower cranks but will not run. Gas is seen in the line. In other words the engine turns over but will not go ahead and start running.

Mower cranks and there is gas getting to fuel pump. Ran just a few seconds then went dead.

Have bypassed the fuel pump and mower cranks and runs.
