I have a JD LA 115 with about 10 hours. It sat for about 5 months.Charged battery and it fired right up.Ran for about 30 seconds then began 'loading up' and died. Will not restart.Plug is firing ,but seems to be too much gas coming out of spark plug hole.Took bowl off of carb and saw no signs of debris from gas 'varnishing'.Float and solenoid are moving freely.Float needle is seating.Have flushed and replaced gas. After draining fuel system and refilling, engine started and ran good for a few seconds until fuel line and filter were completely full. Then, loaded up and died again.Plug is soaked.Any help appreciated.

Check the float for pin holes it could be sinking causing it to overload.

Best way to do this is get a cup of water and drop the float in it. If it floats all the way its good if it doesn't its bad

Hold it under the water for a couple mins then see if it floats.
