I've been here before with an electrical problem, now I'm back with a mechanical issue...I cannot get my mower blades to turn on my JD LA140...the pto works, I can spin the pulleys and blades by hand, but, when I pull the pto switch the mower works fine..I shut it off drive to where I intend to start cutting and pull the switch, the blades won't turn..the belt appears to be turning but not the pulleys???
