Not getting a pulse to the right hand coil, what can I check to find the problem?

Engine numbers would help but thinking this is a water cooled ka engine. And your not getting spark is that what your calling a pulse.

Do you mean no spark from the right coil or no pulse from the right trigger ( pulse ) coil ?

If it is the former, switch the connections between the pulse & power coil so the left is hooked up to the right.
Got a spark, then the pulser coil is toast.

If the second then measure the resistance of the left & right pulse coils they should be around the same values.
