Jacobsen HR 9016 with VM Motori Detroit D704LTE NEEDS REBUILD

We just purchased a Jacobsen HR 9016 with a VM Motori Detroit Diesel engine. Model D704LTE. The motor needs a complete rebuild and we are not having much luck in our research finding a place that would rebuild it for us. Does anyone know of any place that would do a complete rebuild (sleeves, pistons, rework heads, etc.) that knows what they are doing with these motors? Also have been doing a little searching for an overhaul kit and workshop manual and striking out. TIA
