IS3200z - PTO Issue

2017 - 199 Hrs - Residential Use

I hit a small-med stick and PTO immediately changed. After hitting the stick, the PTO was still on and there was pulley/belt movement but only at 25%. I shut off the PTO, turned engine off/on, hit the PTO and the belts/pulleys slowly get to 25%. Thank you for any suggestions.

Take the belt off the engine pulley then get under the dck and see if the blades spin freely & quietly
Good chance there is some thing suck under there, a blade is badly bent or a spindle housing has brokenl
