The manual for the IS3100Z has a Warner PTO clutch which they state needs
an adjustment check every 100 hours. This requires you to insert a feeler gauge
through three openings between the rotor face and the armature face.
From looking under the mower at the clutch, I see no way to properly get at the
openings and maybe even if the deck is raised off the ground by several feet.
Is anyone doing this adjustment, and if so by what means.
If you have not performed the adjustment, how many hour do you have on the mower
and has anyone had any issues by not performing the adjustment.

Fixing Electric Clutches just some information

I have just 300 hrs. on my lawn tractor, Simplicity manual says to check if clutch is slipping, or will not engage, or a new clutch is being installed.
