My is1500z ferris mower just shut down on me in the middle of mowing my yard. It blew the 20amp fuse on the ignition. I replaced the fuse. The engine will start up and run now but, when i release the parking brake, rh or lh neutral switch, it dies. Ive checked and ohm’d all wires. The switches test good with my meter. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
 
I had a lot of odd problems with the same mower and my safety switches were the problem. My pto switch was even bad. Hope you work it out.

I bought a pto switch along with a neutral switch and parking brake switch. Hopefully this resolves the issue. I need to mow!lol
