Hi all...
I have an older Toro Wheelhorse 12-38 Mod #71184.
The deck is junk, but the tractor runs great. I'd like to use it just to tow stuff around, but cannot get it to start. I'm thinking there's some bypass of the PTO engage/disengage safety I need to use. The battery is good...it ran prior to removal.
