Could be the coil starting to go out. When the coil gets hotter, resistance increases and electricity won't flow, or not enough to fire the plug. Let it cool down and resistance lowers enough to run again. When it stalls next time, check it for fire to the plug. Weak fire would indicate a coil going out as well. Sometimes a valve stem will have carbon or deposits on it causing it to sometimes stick in the guide. Valves will heat and expand to some degree and cause binding, drag, resistance. Check the valves when it's hot and see if they're working ok. Then again it could be something temporarly clogging the fuel supply line, foreign material over the needle and seat sometimes off the inlet, sometimes blocking it.
