My Lawnmower starts right up,but at low idle speed it's really rough! should I overhaul my carb? Got this from a friend he didnt start it up for a long time it sitting in his garage. So I emptied the fuel changed the gas and also tuned it up! Starts with one pull runs good except poor idle at low speed! Can anybody give me some advice?

Hi, yep sounds like a good idea to pull the carb off & give it a good clean up, the old fuel that sat in the carb may have gone off/stale & started to block up the idle circut in the carb, get some carb cleaner in a aerosol can & spray the small pasages/jets (don't forget eye protection) some compressed air may be needed too, once back togeather - make sure the fuel line from the tank is clear & fresh fuel is in the tank. hope this helps.
