initial carb adjustment

Restoring an old 1650 Cub Cadet and although I grew up working on these in high school while at an IH dealership I cannot remember some of the simple adjustments I used to have off the top of my head. Put on a new carb after rebuilding the K341 and am wondering what the initial carb adjustments should be set at?
