I have aGravely Promaster 260 . The bracket came off that keeps the clutch from spinning and I found it and replaced it but there were 2 green wires

where do the 2 grren wires coming out of the clutch attach to the red button that turns the mower on?

If they come out of the clutch and they are still connected you are lucky.
If it still works you are blessed .
When the anchor bracket come off usually the wires rip out of the clutch
Before you start check the clutch by running some jumpers to those wires and check that the clutch engages when energised.
Some are polarity sensitive so try both ways.
In the floor area under the engine you will find a small hole , around 1" dia .
The PTO wires run through that hole to a plug then to the clutch
If you are lucky the plug sill still be there .
