First some background: My brother in law gave me an older walker. It was just sitting in is yard. Felt like a good project so away I went. First off motor rebuild - had a busted rod. Couple of weeks and a lot of dollars later she runs like a champ. Now my problem is this: the walker runs great but doesn't move forward so well. Reverse has full power and speed. The left side has full power and speed in forward and reverse the right side move in reverse just fine. But will not move forward. Any ideas?

Check the idler pulley and tension arm. Make sure that both are moving freely.
