I have a Toro Z5035 zero turn mower (model 74376). I needed to hand push, so I used rods on rear of frame to disengage trannies. Afterward I released to rods to normal position, but the right side tranny won't work. Ii was working fine before this. Any ideas?

Pull the pump-dump/ by-pass rod again & try again.
Lift the wheel off the ground
start the engine and drop the revs to the slowest that the engine will run at
Open the bypass valve and work the controls full forward then full bak a dozen or so times
Close the bypass valve ( run position ) and do the same again
You can get air into the system when the bypass is open and some times it needs to be purged .
The important thing is to run the engine very slow as attempting to purge running full speeds will cause the oil to froth so you can never get rid of the air.
This is one time when the different properties of synthetics make them substantially better as they froth a lot less and settle faster
