Just bought a new Hustler X-One since Deere wasn't an option due to extremely long wait times. Wish I had known about 2 things. First of all, I must have ordered one with the wrong seat. Doesn't adjust for tilt, etc. Dealer wants $1,800 bucks (!) for the other model.

Secondly, where as the Deere's engine was somewhat more contained / muffled/ quieter, this one spits out out debris almost like a dirt devil twister following me around...

Any options for seats other than ponying up another almost 2 grand?

Thanks

I can't help you with tilt, but I recently put a suspension under the seat of my Raptor SD 54" and these rails let me move the seat forward and back. In my case no drilling was required:

I'd like to see how it looks / turned out....could you post a picture of the retro-fit / modification of the seat attached to it?
