HUSTLER RAPTOR INTERMITTENT START

This damn thing may start 10 times in a row not the 11th.. jump the solonoid runs great. May start 4 more times do it again. Cleaned every connector, checked every kill switch tested PTO switch. Any ideas?

I would swap the switch out with another and see if the problem goes away, the internals of the switch can't be cleaned if they get corroded , it sounds like yours is Wonky

Did you check the terminals that plug into the switch? Have the center tabs break out and not make contact.

yes they resistance check good Ill keep looking. Anybody got a wiring diagram?

gonna swap out the relay see what happens
